Owners chef Mike and Pauline rolled the dice on The Sticky Bun. They didn't have a lot of money, but opening their own restaurant was on their bucket list. So, they decided to try a two year lease and go for it. It started with the love of cooking fresh simple foods for all ages to enjoy. A laid back atmosphere and loyal following (paired with Chef Mike's house smoked bacon) allowed word to spread fast among locals. Three years later and business is better than ever. The Sticky Bun is even going to expand into the space next door, which will allow them to open at night. The target date for that is this summer. Come in any day of the week and one of the owners will be there preparing your breakfast or lunch. Chances are you'll be surrounded by a bunch of other regulars who Pauline and Mike know by name.
